Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mailchimp is also not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out of SMS messages

You may opt out of SMS messages related to your appointment or order at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message you receive from Mailchimp Alerts or contacting us here.

If you opt out, you will receive no further messages from Mailchimp Alerts. However, if you subsequently book an appointment or place an order and opt in to receive related alerts, you will receive alerts about the appointment(s) or order(s).
